Once you have registered as a Hero, you will have access to the booking part of the tool. There you will have the possibility to manage your network, and community, or events, but above all to book available spaces.
On the desktop version;
- On your screen you can see a dynamic map, and a search bar. Both allow you to search for a location where you need a space, and you will get all available options, for all types of working spaces (desks, private room, meeting room, event room). You will see popular locations, and also, once you will be a frequent booker, you will see your last booked and preferred locations. Once you select your location, you will see all available options for you to choose, like amenities and services. In a few clicks you can be all set up for your next working session.
On the mobile version;
- The functionalities are very similar, but in addition to that, you have the possibility to easily find spaces nearby you when you are moving around. Once stuck in traffic for instance, be proactively alerted about nearby spaces which you can book until traffic settles down. That way you never loose too much time.
Once you have selected your working space, services and amenities, you will be invited to switch to payment (all major cards accepted). Once payment is settled, you will receive an instant confirmation.
