Flexible means Heroes can decide where they wish to work today, how long they want to stay there, & possibly with which other Heroes they want to work. Bookings start as short as 1 hour up to over a year. The term 'Flexible' goes a long way within Workero: we have a flexible cancelation policy to accommodate both Heroes and Suppliers. But also Suppliers have the possibility to manage their inventory up and down in a flexible way, so Workero can adapt to their needs, and not the other way around.
